One Fit Bride meal plan consists of 5 meals per day: Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack and Dinner.

For each meal you will have 5 different options to choose from daily. Your daily calorie intake will be between 1400 - 1500 calories. Around 400 calories under the recommended daily intake but still enough and in the healthy range.

There are 3 main things we focused on when designing your meal plan. Firstly, and above all we wanted it to be loaded with nutritious food that will help heal your body and give you the energy you need on daily basis.

Secondly, we wanted the meal plan to be delicious. We believe that with a bit of creativity healthy food can taste amazing. And lastly, we wanted to keep it simple, quick and easy to make.

OFB Training Plan

One Fit Bride training plan consists of 5 training sessions per week. All the sessions can be completed at home, all you will need is a training mat. 

You can do the exercises for 4, 8 or 12 weeks depending on your fitness level. All the exercises come with pictures and instructions so it's easy for you to do regardless if you are a beginner or you are already training.
